CHOREOPOEMS

The term "choreopoem" was first coined by Ntozake Shange in describing her work For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the rainbow is enuf. It refers to artistic work that celebrates dance, poetry and music.

In many ways everything I've created are choreopoems, however during the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, I felt particularly drawn to melding art forms. At the same time I missed dancing and I missed creating with people. The following videos, featuring dance, poetry, and music, are the result of all that.
